5‑Axis Waterjet Precision Cutting Technology

We employ imported 5‑axis waterjet cutting systems with tolerances as tight as ±0.5mm and joint widths no more than 0.8mm. Waterjet is a cold‑cutting process with no heat‑affected zone — preventing micro‑cracks or discoloration at the stone edges. Supporting thicknesses from 10mm to 80mm, even the most complex patterns are cut in a single pass with smooth, chip‑free edges.

Hand Assembly and Dry‑Layout with Numbering

All cut components undergo 100% hand assembly by master craftsmen on a dedicated layout table, precisely joined according to the drawings. Upon completion, we perform 100% dry-layout with numbered mapping — every piece is marked on the back with a corresponding number and directional arrow. This numbering system serves as the on-site installation "map" — your team simply follows the numbers in sequence, with no on-site cutting or adjustments.

Fiberglass Backing and Surface Sealing

All mosaic components receive fiberglass mesh back reinforcement (fiberglass mesh + epoxy resin) before dispatch, increasing flexural strength by 40% and effectively preventing damage during transit and installation.
